How do I make a purchase?

I've made my purchase, but when will I receive my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be assigned as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, which typically happens 1 to 3 days after your purchase.
How long will it take for my products to arrive?
Our delivery times are same-day to 2 business days for Mexico City and the Metropolitan Area, and 1 to 5 business days for the rest of the Republic.
How do you collaborate with artisans?
Our pieces are intervened by artisans who use a variety of techniques to express their tradition, creativity, and worldview. We work directly with them to offer unique products. We invite you to read our Impact Report , where you will find more detailed information about our collaboration with artisans.
How many days will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping delivery times - consider business days, Monday to Friday -
Same-day deliveries in the metropolitan area for orders paid before 3:59 p.m.: Gustavo A. Madero, Miguel Hidalgo, Cuauhtémoc, Álvaro Obregón, Benito Juárez, Coyoacán, Naucalpan.
Next-day deliveries in Mexico City: Orders confirmed after 3:59 p.m. for the aforementioned boroughs, plus Azcapotzalco, Cuajimalpa, Venustiano Carranza, Iztacalco, Iztapalapa, Magdalena Contreras, Tlalpan, Xochimilco, Tláhuac, Milpa Alta.
Next-day deliveries in the State of Mexico: Atizapán, Coacalco, Cuautitlán, Ecatepec, Melchor Ocampo, Nezahualcóyotl, Tlalnepantla, Tultepec, Tultitlán.
National shipments 1 to 2 days: Extended areas of Mexico City, State of Mexico (excluding the aforementioned boroughs), Guanajuato, Hidalgo, Jalisco, Morelos, Nayarit, Nuevo León, Oaxaca, Puebla, Querétaro, San Luis Potosí, Sinaloa, Tabasco, Tlaxcala, Veracruz, Guerrero, Michoacán.
National shipments 2 to 3 days: Campeche, Aguascalientes, Chiapas, Chihuahua, Coahuila, Colima, Durango, Tamaulipas, Yucatán, Zacatecas.
National shipments 3 to 4 days: Quintana Roo, Sonora.
National shipments 5 to 7 days: Baja California, Baja California Sur.
If I placed my order on Friday, when will my products arrive?
The waiting times are the same, but if your order was placed after 11:15 p.m. and through Sunday, it will be registered on the next business day.
When the product arrived, I wasn't home. Will they try again?
Of course! Our shipping providers make 2 delivery attempts to the indicated address. If delivery is not possible, they will contact you by phone. Even so, if the delivery drivers are unsuccessful, the package is returned to our warehouse and you will have to pay a fee of $40 for a new delivery. Please be attentive to calls from our provider.
I live in the United States and loved the collections. How can I purchase them?

I heard about your brand, but I don't live in Mexico or the United States. Can my products be shipped to the country where I live?
International shipping is becoming a closer reality for us, but for now, each international shipment must be quoted considering the following variables: destination and purchase volume. If you want to get a quote, you can send an email to: sos@someonesomewhere.mx with the aforementioned details and our team will contact you.
I loved an item, but I no longer see it online (or not in my size). How can I get it?
Sometimes items displayed online, as well as their different sizes, sell out quickly, but you can write to us at ayuda@someonesomewhere.mx or through your preferred platform: Facebook , Instagram or Twitter, and we will gladly help you find the garment you are looking for. Some pieces are so special that it is not possible to guarantee that they will return to the market.
What are the size measurements?
You can find the size guide directly on each garment.
What if I make a mistake when placing my order?
Don't worry, we can make any change, as long as the product has not been shipped and your purchase does not include a discount code or promotion. Just write to us at ayuda@someonesomewhere.mx and we will provide the necessary assistance for you to correct it.
Can I get an invoice for my purchases?
Of course, to generate your invoice we need the following information:
- Business Name
- Fiscal Address,
- RFC
- Use of CFDI
- Purchase Order
- Sale amount and payment method (Bank Card, PayPal, or Kueski Pay).
