We are very excited to tell you about our most recent collaboration, we joined forces with a team that has the same mission: to create quality handmade products that generate a positive impact for society and the environment.
Have you heard of Wendlandt? It is a brewery that is positioned as one of the most important in Mexico, just as Someone Somewhere is a young company that has been dedicating time and effort for 8 years to offer the best in its products. Its history begins in Ensenada, Baja California; with the idea of Eugenio Romero, with a great passion for beer, he decides to embark on a journey that has not stopped yet. Since 2012, the Wendlandt team takes care of every detail of the beer brewing process so that an exquisite drink reaches your palate, they have won national and international awards and year after year they continue to expand, reaching more and more places throughout the country.
The union of our passions resulted in two limited edition products inspired by the essence of a tropical landscape, the charm of the sea, the colors and freshness of that peculiar atmosphere. The Tropical Hazy IPA beer and the Wendlandt T-shirt are the Dream Team for your adventures; ideal for people like you, who are constantly looking for new experiences, who enjoy the good but fleeting moments of life and of course... for beer lovers.
The new Wendlandt T-shirt lives up to its name, it has the adventurous spirit of both brands, a natural landscape that transports you to that warm and natural environment, with colors that evoke the fresh and tropical flavor of the beer. Every detail matters, the artisanal intervention is a chain stitch embroidery made in Tenango de Doria, which consists of pulling the needle stitch by stitch creating a unique piece that you must show off on your next adventure.
The elements that make up each product have a specific meaning, which represents the essence of both brands. The feet symbolize the path and hope, a form widely used in Alebrijes craftsmanship, and connects with the vision of Wendlandt and Someone Somewhere because when creating this collaboration we thought of representing characteristic artistic patterns of Alebrijes art to give life and movement to the image of the two products. The sea is the main element and the most emblematic place in Ensenada, integrating it was key to unifying two products in the same idea. The combi is a symbol of brotherhood, travel and discovery; three words that describe the qualities of both brands. The surfboard on the label and on the t-shirt speaks of you! Because we know that you like to have fun and experience strong emotions, and it is also a sport that is widely practiced in this place. Mango and passion fruit are fruits that are present in the flavor of the beer, which are also an inspiration for the colors we chose and the image of the mountainous landscape will remind you of those adventures that we know you enjoy.
